WordPress Developer
We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with hands-on experience in Elementor and JetEngine — someone who can translate Figma designs into polished, performant websites, think critically about the products we build, and bring a collaborative mindset to everything they do.
Core Responsibilities
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress builds using Elementor Pro
Build and manage JetEngine post types, listings, dynamic content, and data relationships
Collaborate directly with clients, designers, and the team to deliver polished, on-time results
Integrate AI tools into your workflow to increase output speed and quality
Ensure all builds are responsive, performant, and web-accessible
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing WordPress projects
Proactively suggest improvements, tools, and approaches to the team
Core Requirements
Solid, proven experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro
Deep proficiency with JetEngine — post types, listings, relationships, and advanced queries
Ability to convert any Figma design into a fully functional Elementor build with accuracy
Active use of AI tools to enhance development speed, quality, and problem-solving
Strong working knowledge of Figma, including Dev Mode
Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, performance, and accessibility
Essential Requirements
Strong critical thinking — ability to anticipate edge cases before they become problems
Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows as they emerge
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborative mindset with clear, proactive communication habits
Familiarity with Elementor's Variables, Widget Editor, and Theme Builder
Ability to suggest and champion AI-driven solutions across the team
Qualifications & Skills
Understanding of design psychology and how it shapes user decisions
Experience with WordPress theme development or custom theme building
Familiarity with plugin customization and WordPress hooks
Beginner-to-intermediate PHP knowledge for minor customizations
Basic JavaScript for DOM interaction and custom frontend behavior
Nice to Have
Custom WordPress plugin development — even simple, purpose-built plugins
Advanced JetEngine usage — custom queries, REST API integration, or Macros
Experience with WooCommerce or membership site builds
Familiarity with version control (Git) in a team setting

Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 BDT/month (based on experience)
